Did you sign up for a local fun run or obstacle course challenge? Yay you! You’re excited and committed but how the heck are you ever going to get ready physically? These workouts are geared towards strengthening the muscles required for running (core & legs) and working on your cardio endurance. Half the class will be a run workout and half will be obstacle course training. You choose your event, we make sure you’re trained and ready to go!
