That’s right. We’ve flipped our run program on its behind and we focus on strengthening and building the muscles you need to complete your run goal safety, without injury. Don’t worry, we do give you run homework and a schedule to build your distance, but our group sessions are solely about strengthening the muscles you use during your runs.
Not a runner? Yeah, we’ve heard that before. You need to try this run program. We’re different. Fun, silly, quirky and smart. And yes, we do toot or own horns. Toot! Toot!
